Dan’s Motorcycles is the creation of Daniel Person, former manufacturer’s representative for Kawasaki Motors Corporation and a life long motorcycle enthusiast. Attempting to keep things simple, we provide a stellar line-up of motorcycles, tour guidance, or your own personal guide for your trip. And now the good part…you get to explore some of the most splendid scenery in America.
Whether your interests are in touring some better known haunts such as Smoky Mountains, Tail of the Dragon at Deals Gap, Blue Ridge Parkway and Cherohala Parkway, chasing down some of the best barbeque in the land, or maybe visiting the incomparable Barber Motorsports Park and Museum in Leeds, Alabama, you will have plenty of fabulous choices to consider. Maybe you are a Civil War buff or an aficionado of the blues who wants to go “down to the crossroads” you have come to the right place.
The company is a family owned business serving motorcycle enthusiasts from the United States and from around the world. If you have come to this site you are no doubt aware outstanding riding is just a short trip away. We look forward to the opportunity to share with you “our own back yard” on one of our machines.
Our top notch rental fleet provides a variety of motorcycles from Honda, Yamaha and Kawasaki. So, no matter what you currently ride or would like to ride, we should have a motorcycle bound to be a good fit for you. You can explore the region for a day or a week or longer at your pace.
One plus of renting is that you have a chance to really test drive the motorcycle you may be considering as your next purchase. Word of caution… don’t throw your leg over a Goldwing without expecting to fall in love!
We are located 15 minutes north of downtown Atlanta and 25 minutes north of Atlanta’s Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. As an added service you may consider having us pick you up and deliver you back to the Atlanta airport. Or if you are staying in a hotel and need to be picked up and brought back that can be arranged as well.
