Basic Rental Requirements
  • Insurance Requirements (see Your Liability below)
  • Valid U.S. or similar International drivers/motorcycle license.
  • Riders must demonstrate solid riding ability.
  • Riders must be at least 25 years of age.
  • Helmets must be worn by all riders/passengers.
  • Riders and passengers must sign a Liability and Rental agreement at pick-up.
  • Major credit card required for $2,500 security deposit: VISA, MasterCard. Please notify us ahead of time if you need to make other arrangements.
  • $2,500 Security Deposit will be authorized on your credit card and refunded when the motorcycle is returned undamaged.

Booking Requirements

Our motorcycle rentals are based on availability. A $100 deposit (+tax) is necessary to reserve your motorcycle rental.

Payments can be made in U.S. funds by cash, money order, cashiers check, or VISA/MasterCard. Balance is due at the time of pick-up. You will also need to sign a Liability and Rental Agreement when you pick up your bike.

Cancellation Policy

For high-season reservations (April – September), cancellations will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee. If cancelled outside of 14 days prior to your rental pick up, the remaining $75.00 of your deposit can be refunded or applied to a future rental. There are no refunds 0-14 days before departure.

Your Liability

A security deposit of $2,500 is required, which is fully refundable upon the safe, incident-free return of the motorcycle.

As the Renter, you are fully responsible for anything that happens to the bike that you’ve rented until it is returned to us.

Renters are responsible for their own medical insurance.

ALL RENTALS REQUIRE INSURANCE PURCHASED THROUGH MY INSURANCE PROVIDER

Liability Options (there are two)

$18.00 per day or $23.00 per day depending on which one you choose this is an either or.

$18.00 Per day insures up to the Georgia State Liability Minimums. Broken down that translates to $25,000/$50,000/$25,000 per occurrence. The first two numbers refer to bodily injury liability limits and the third number refers to the property damage liability limit.

The $23.00 SLI (Supplemental Liability Insurance) option exceeds State Minimums and increases the Liabilitycoverage to $300,000 for bodily injury and an additional $50.000 for property damage.

AS A RENTER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES AND THEFT OF THE MOTORCYCLE.

However you can limit your exposure to the actual motorcycle itself by purchasing a CDW (collision damage waiver)

CDW OPTIONS (there are two)

Purchase a STANDARD CDW for $15 per day which limits your loss to the amount of your $2500.00 security deposit.

OR

Augmented Collision Damage Waiver which costs $25.00 per day and reduces your deposit down to $1000 and limits your maximum loss to $1000 as well.

Equipment

We will do our best to provide the motorcycle and equipment requested, but reserve the right to substitute with comparable units in the event of any circumstance including, but not limited to, reasons of collision, theft, mechanical failure or lack of availability.

Clothing

While we strive to offer a variety of riding gear, we cannot guarantee that we will have the size or style that you need. In those instances, we will do whatever we can to help you find the gear you need.

Weather

The weather in the Southeast  is often unpredictable, so please come prepared for the possibility of rain showers.

Non-U.S. Residents

You must have your passport with you at all times when renting or touring with us.
